He consistently went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and answered my questions. Additionally, Yi has a wealth of knowledge on home improvements or renovations. During my home-buying process, Yi consistently shared his insights on home renovations with me. He was very involved in all aspects of the closing. Yi is a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend him to others who are in the market for a home in the Mass area.

We met Yi over a year ago and he took us around to see the property. We wanted to buy a property in Quincy but it’s a hot area that everyone wants. We went to an open house in North Quincy and there were almost hundreds of people showed up. Yi gave us his suggestion to outbid other buyers. We got the offer accepted before the deadline. He is an extremely helpful and knowledgeable realtor. Highly recommend him.

He is a very hard-working realtor and also explained things in detail. Sometimes I had a hard time understanding the language and terms from the attorney but he explained it in detail in plant language of Chinese so that I and my family can understand.
